Every roof is inspected before it is quoted. Quotes are itemised and in writing, and nothing starts until you approve it.
If the roof is leaking now
- 1 Put a bucket under the drip and move anything electrical or valuable out of the wet area.
- 2 If water is near lights, power points or the switchboard, turn the power off at the main switch.
- 3 Do not climb onto the roof. Wet tiles and iron are slippery and old tiles break underfoot.
- 4 Photograph the ceiling, the water and any fallen debris before anything is cleaned up, for your insurer.
- 5 Tell us the suburb, the roof type and where the water is showing so the first visit brings the right gear.
